By accessing or using Velocity ("Platform"), an AI-powered architectural rendering platform operated by LivInnovate ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Velocity. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access the Platform's features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
Velocity provides AI-powered architectural rendering services, including but not limited to:
Some features may be marked as "Beta," indicating they are experimental and may be modified, discontinued, or contain bugs. Beta features are provided "as is" without any warranties.
Velocity operates on a credit-based system. Each architectural rendering consumes 200 credits. Credits can be purchased through the Platform using available payment packages. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Promo codes may be offered from time to time at our discretion. Each promo code is subject to its own terms including maximum usage limits and expiration dates. Promo codes are limited to one use per user account and cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, branding, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by LivInnovate and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Platform. By uploading images, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the rendering service.
AI-generated renderings are provided for your personal and commercial use. However, we do not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
Generations rated 4-5 stars with high quality scores may be used to improve our AI models. This usage is anonymized and does not include personal information. You may opt out by contacting us.
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LivInnovate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LivInnovate and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
